So, i was getting kinda frequent BSODs using Windows 8, and in the meantime i decided to change my graphics card and clean the inside of my PC. After that i also installed Windows 8.1.

BSODs became less frequent but i still got them. I'm unsure whether this is a Software or Hardware problem.

I ran memtest and the memory diagnostic from windows, they detected no errors. I cleaned my computer, i completelly uninstaled nvidia (previously amd) drivers and made a clean install, updated some drivers that were kinda old and i'm still getting blue screens. I also updated my BIOS.

I5 4670K 3.4GHz
8GB Ram Corsair Vengeance
GTX 970 (Previously Radeon HD6870)
Asrock Z87 Extreme 4
Corsair CX600
One 500GB Hard Drive (Windows in this one), another 2TB Hard Drive (Use for installing my games and downloading). The 500gb one can be considered kinda old and i wonder if it has problems, i tried to use Seatools but it froze my pc before the program even initialized and i had to force restart.

After formatting i've got 2 BSODs already.

(Sorry about my english, i know it's bad) Thanks in advance.

Update1: 3DP Chip showed that an Intel Chipset Drivers wasn't updated. I successfully updated the driver and i'll be confirming it that solved the problem or not, but i'll be waiting something like 5~10 days without BSOD to be sure. (Also edited some of the post so things were clearer).

Update2: Got another one. Minidump: http://www.mediafire.com/download/rqjeh4llca556t0/012815-35406-01.dmp
And another one: http://www.mediafire.com/download/zy7pba530yt40x4/012915-26812-01.dmp I'm starting to fear i may be into some big trouble here.

Update3: Still getting BSOD. Another minidump: https://www.mediafire.com/?z3nl7ds984qe94t

Bug check description: This indicates that a severe memory management error occurred.
This might be a case of memory corruption. More often memory corruption happens because of software errors in buggy drivers, not because of faulty RAM modules.
The crash took place in the Windows kernel. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver that cannot be identified at this time.

Bug check description: This indicates that a kernel-mode driver attempted to access pageable memory at a process IRQL that was too high.
This appears to be a typical software driver bug and is not likely to be caused by a hardware problem.
A third party driver was identified as the probable root cause of this system error. It is suggested you look for an update for the following driver: aswstm.sys (Stream Filter, AVAST Software).
Google query: AVAST Software DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

I got another one but windows isn't allowing me to acess/upload it. This one is bad_pool_header and the same ntoskernel+150aa0 adress. I'll update this reply if i manage to upload it.
I got it - http://www.mediafire.com/download/rqjeh4llca556t0/012815-35406-01.dmp (also updated the main post with it)

The log shows a ntkernal crash along with Common Log File System Driver (clfs.sys). The error BSOD DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL can be a USB DRIVER issue. But can also be from some programs, like zonealarm (believe it or not, this has been some people's issue). uninstall all anti virus programs (and zone alarm if you have it).
If the error continues, disable or reinstall drivers for the usbs.

I do use a wireless USB for my Sony Pulse headset. In fact, one the BSODs before i formatted was USBAudio.sys, and i figured it could be my headset. I unplugged it and plugged in my old one wich is not USB and i never had problems with, but i still got BSOD. I switched my headset from the USB 3.0 ports to the normal one but i still got the problem.

Right now i'm testing the Headset without the USB that recharges its battery plugged, only with the wireless one.

It supposedly found nothing wrong. I also uninstalled Avast for now, and i may switch to bit defender. Also please check the latest dump i've uploaded if you can. Thanks.
