Is the Radeon 3780 x2 still considered a good graphics card?

I got one cheap a while ago, and plan on using it in my new pc when I build it. I don't expect it to be the best GPU in the world, but is it still considered powerful? All I really want to do is play some TF2 with a steady 60fps, and maybe dx9 instead of dx8. All input is appreciated, thank you in advance :)

Well yes anything will beat intergrated graphics especially if you are running just from motherboard graphics, I think you should be able to handle low-end games just fine with dual 3870s.

Those cards are extremely outdated, they are crossfired though. I'd say a maybe to playing TF2 at 60FPs, but what resolution and graphics setting, and does those cards support dx9 for their time.

The card supports up to DirectX 10.1, and I plan on playing on a 720p moniter. (Please don't make fun of me XD) I would like to have the settings as high as I can get then while still retaining a steady 60fps. As of now, anything is better than my current setup, which struggles with absolute minimum settings at 480p.

3870x2 is still a capable card, you can play more than TF2(skyrim,BF3...).Make sure you have good PSU.Only downside is that new games started to stop supporting DX 10,which is max supported for the card.
