Hi,

I have this PC with these specs:
Desktop Computer(Intel P 3, 1GHz, 256 MB of RAM, and Nvidia Graphics Card with 128MB of RAM.
I have tried burning/recording/coping a DVD disc, and saved created disc image file onto HDD by Nero 7. It was working well. However, when I tried to burning the disc(DVD) image file from the HDD onto a disc(DVD). I found my PC was frozen completley, and I had to restart it with pressin on the 'Rest' Button on the case of my PC. In each time, I courrpeted a DVD inserted onto the optical deriver, although the burning process was terminated by freezing.

However, when I tried recoring/copying a CD disc inserted onto optical drive, and saved the created disc image file onto HDD, and then recording the disc image file onto a disc(CD), then I found that the burning process was completed successfully.
I don't know why burning a disc(DVD) image file from the HDD onto a disc(DVD) let my PC frozen. However, burning a disc (CD) image file from teh HDD onto a disc(CD) does let burning process complete successfully.

My optical deriver features are:
my Optical drive is:

It seems the PC is already struggling with just 256MB RAM. it sounds like I need more RAM.

I am sorry to say I don't understand you.Could you be a little bit more detailed.
I could saved the disc image file of that DVD disc onto the HDD, and however, when burning it onto DVD, my PC was frozen.

Also, I could save the disc image file of a CD disc onto the HDD, and then I could burn it onto a disc(CD).
