old bios update

so I got this Mobo http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/M5A78LMUSB3/ and plan to put a fx-6300 and maybe plan to overclock it, for that cpu the bios is version 1401, but the version on the Mobo is 2001, so when I try to put 1401 in it, it tells me the version is old. soo what do I do, do I just leave it, any suggestion. Thanks!

Yes leave it. It only means that the FX6300 is supported since bios version 1401, all versions after it have support for the FX 6300, so your newer bios 2001 will also have the support for the FX6300.
