Anyone please help to build the spec for my budget pc?

hoping to keep it under RM2500 if possible, if not then maximum i can go is RM3000

How is the build below as suggested by the shop personnel?
Processor: Intel Core i5 4460
Motherboard: ASRock H81M HDS
VGA: Palit GTX750Ti STormX OC
RAM: Kingston HyperX Fury 4GB x 2
HDD: Seagate SSHD
PSU: FSP Hexa 550Watt
Chasis: NZXT S340

Total: RM2489.00

Please suggest alternatives to the parts that the shop personnel suggested if you feel that the part is not good/not worth the money

And personally, I don't need ssd, just normal Hdd of at least 500gb will do for me

If possible then try keep below RM2700, if not, then max is 3000

I don't suggest getting the build they suggested.. My build will perform far far better in games. My build can play basically any games at High-Max whereas the one they did can't. I never suggested an SSD

G.Skill Ripjaws 8gb vs Kingston hyperfury 8gb, which one better?
S12 Series 520W vs SeaSonic S12II 620W also which better/ more worth it? (like maybe too high is unnecessary etc )

You aren't going to find any difference between the RAM. Seasonic is a brilliant reputable PSU manufacturer. I would definitely go for them. See: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/id-1804779/power-supply-unit-tier-list.html

MasterofDell suggested a good build. The 750ti card in the build the shop suggested is not as powerful as the r270x. He gets my vote.

The above statement is true. You won't. Price a difference in quality or performance between those two sets of RAM.
