Great build minus the poor PSU.

Added a good one.

Your looking around medium to high setting on ARMA 3 and the highest settings on Skyrim.

I personally have not played Skyrim for a while but my build runs it no problem, i7 4790k Gigabyte Gtx 970. As far as ARMA 3, I have never played it, it is suppose to be way better optimized than ARMA 2 and DayZ Standalone. And I do have the DayZ standalone and I can play it on High preset with some adjustments to play at 60fps.

when i added your recommended memory, a compatibility note popped up saying

The G.Skill Sniper Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-2133 Memory operating voltage of 1.6V exceeds the Intel Haswell Refresh CPU recommended maximum of 1.5V+5% (1.575V). This memory module may run at a reduced clock rate to meet the 1.5V voltage recommendation, or may require running at a voltage greater than the Intel recommended maximum

should i worry
if so what should i do.
