Ok so I recently added 4gb more ram. I bought another 4gb ram stick and had another from before. So once I started playing games, I sometimes get BDOS or gpu driver crashes. Also, when I use chrome, I sometimes get Aw snap! and the add ons crash sometimes. I installed the 14.9 drivers since with the 14.12, I had more BDOSs and gpu driver crashes. Also in the bios I went into the RAM settings and set the ram on 'unlinked'. I played bf4 for about 40 minutes without gpu driver crashes, but later there were some aw snap!s on google chrome and shockwave crashed. Any help? Thanks!

Try using a program such as memtest and test your indiviual sticks, there are plenty of tutorials on how to do it, also are your APU intergrated graphics and 7770 GPU conflicting at all? I doubt that's the issue though, I would test your RAM.

If you do use ramtest and you come upon any errors it is likely your ram is faulty and needs replacement.

And there lies your problem. Unless you purchased an *identical* stick as your previous one, you are most likely experiencing RAM compatibility issues. Mixing RAMs of different brands, timings and models is never a good idea. You need a matched pair, sir.

Hi,

Retrieve a list of all modules that are part of your browser. Check for malfunctioning modules and simply disable them.

1. Open Google Chrome.
2. Type "chrome://conflicts" in Address Bar at top.
3. Press ENTER.
4. This opens a new page that lists out all modules list. Disable the malfunctioning ones.

Now it's also important to properly set up Chrome settings. Follow the steps as shown below:

1. Download Chrome Repair Tool.
2. Repair problems with Chrome DLL/ ActiveX files, reload support modules, etc.

If the problem still persists, disable Sandbox feature:

1. Right click Chrome icon on your Desktop.
2. Select Properties from context menu.
3. This opens up Shortcut Properties dialog box.
4. Click Target tab.
5. Add "--no-sandbox" at the end of Target value.
6. Click Apply | OK.
