Which one is best r9 270x & gtx96o

Dear all gamers,

which one is better for gaming in full hd amd r9 270x or nvidia gtx960

please suggest...........

The GTX 960 gives about 10% better performance (in terms of frame rate in games). As mentioned it also has lower power consumption, as well as lower operating temperature and it overclocks quite well if thats your thing.

I think gtx 960 will be a much better option because it has got new technologies and it's performance is much better than the r9 270x and it also consumes less power than the r9 270x it's a power hungary gpu you have to get a good psu of 600 watts that will cost u around 4.5k for a decent psu while the gtx 960 requires only 400 watt power consumption get the gtx 960 you will never regret your buy
And if you love ubisoft games than go for nvidia otherwise if you already have a 600 watts psu and money is an issue than go for the r9 270x that's also a wise choice

Why use an r9 270x? An r9 280 is a better comparison since they are closer in price. The r9 280 has 3GB of VRAM instead of 2 on the 960 for about the same price.

Using a 400W psu for a system with a 270X will be pushing that PSU pretty hard. It's better to have some headroom so 500-600W would make sure the PSU lasted alot longer.
