Strange Problem with FPS

I will try to keep it short, I am having an fps issue. After playing games for a while my computer, my fps drops permanently for them all. The only way to temporarily fix it is to restart my computer and then I am fresh again for a few hours. I have found a new method of fixing it much faster. If i go into devices under my graphics card and disable/re-enable it, my fps will return and be smooth for hours... Is this a driver issue or overheating issue. This is just recent btw.

So you may need to uninstall all drivers and reinstall them. Also if you previously had a Nvidia gpu make sure those drivers are gone as well. Also I would remove the gpu from the system and clean it out as well as possibly adding another fan to the system to try to keep the temps down. I think your issue is that the card is getting way too hot and its bottlenecking the card and thats why your FPS drop after a bit of gaming.

During idle my GPU temp sits around 40, but when I am gaming it gets up to 90s-100. I have tried to install the latest driver, however I am not sure of it is clean, may be too many drivers installed. My GPU is AMD HD 7750

You're right I solved my problem. I was doing some test of my GPU tempatures, it does get to 100 and that is when it starts to drop fps to protect or self I suppose, however, I took off my side case and I put my giant fan next to it and now my gpu tempature hangs around 70-80c no matter how long im playing and im fps has been stable for a long time.
