Depending on the size of the rendered objects - you may want to swap out the 1TB hard drive for a 1TB SSD. The disk access may become a concern as the size of objects goes over the available virtual memory. You could also have a 2-4 TB drive as well for completed work - this will keep your fast SSD empty for rendering work.

Otherwise - this is a very good build suggestion from Joseph.
