Since you will not be overclocking you can get away with a high quality 550w, but I would still recommend this unit just for future upgrades and to give you a little extra headroom:

You are correct, but that does not mean it will not work with the chip, it just means that certain power saving features will not be available.

That's better. $10 cheaper WITHOUT the rebate, and $30 cheaper if you include the rebate. I really wonder why NCIX is not included in PC part picker? Their prices are usually better than most places and a lot of the time they have free shipping as well. Strange, lol.
