Hi guys,

Need some advice. Palit GTX 680 Jetstream has three fans and one of if is not working or not spinning anymore. Can this be repaired? Or I will just wait for the fans to stop spinning and replace it? Is there a replacement air cooling on this one?

Couple of options:

#1 Contact Palit and order a replacement fan, or they might send you one at the cost of shipping
#2 Ebay/Amazon attempt to find a replacement fan
#3 Replace the entire heatsink fan assembly with an aftermarket cooling solution
a) Liquid cooling
b) Replacement Air cooler

Damn, I'm from Philippines, usually we get less service things like RMA, :( maybe replace it with an aftermarket cooler. I just noticed it, maybe it's sensor is dead? When I turn ON my PC the fan will spin then when windows boot (using windows 8) the third fan will stop spinning and the other 2 fans will continue to spin, weird. Is this software related or driver related?

Palit has Thundermaster software to do this.
I have the same problem, when i put the fanspeed to max and tab the fan it will come on but to do this every time on startup is to much for me.
So we need to find a solution to fix/replace the fans some way.
