Help With Cooling Setup

Hi, I currently have a Corsair Carbide Series 330R case for my gaming PC. I need a cooling setup for gaming with this case. Would it be best to only have one for intake and te other for exhaust? Will only one intake and one exhuast be enough to cool a gaming PC?

I dont and wont overclock. But I'd like to play games for 3-4 hour long sessions without heating up the PC.
Only the GPU will be pushed to its limits. I think the GPU overclocks itself to keep the game running as smooth as possible for as long as possible
