the new CPU have been tested and fully working in another pc

after installing latest bios with old CPU ; the MB was still working
but after installing the new CPU

i tested the MB with different PSU ,CPU , RAM and still the result the same only the old CPU is the one working
any higher CPU it will do the same.

what should i do ?

Did you mean to write (punctuation helps in any language) "After installing the latest BIOS with the old CPU, the MB was still working, but after installing the new CPU the screen is black. After removing the battery I found out that the BIOS failed to load after resetting it; the motherboard works until I reset every time and remove the battery" Please clarify what you mean with the last sentence. Do you mean that the system works fine (I presume so if you tested with XP and 7), but you have to reset the BIOS settings whenever you power off the system? If so, after resetting the BIOS while the E6300 is installed, did you save the default BIOS configuration by pressing F10?

first of all thanks for replying
for (After installing the latest BIOS with the old CPU, the MB was still working)
last time updated BIOS the version was FC ,so i updated to FJ version to have the latest and that was with my old CPU and Motherboard working fine until i installed the new CPU
for reseting BIOS
each time to make the system work i need to remove the battery then stick one ram and keyboard , vga cable ,PSU
system enter the failed BIOS page then enter after adding battery after resetting bios
system won't work until i remove battery then it work
i changed battery even reflash Bios but still same
each time inorder to enter windows (for that part i tried 2 hard disk one has win7 and other has xp sp3)
for saving bios i saved but i need to cutoff the power each time in order to make the black screen disappear because when i tried to make with battery only black screen that appear

for the punctuation
sorry it's habit because I'm programmer
