My parents the Dell desktop computer was a virus ridden I wiped it clean reinstalled Windows 7 now it is saying that there's no network adapter driver I go to the Dell website download the driver it will download to my computer and says that it's taking up space when I try to move it copy it cut-and-paste it drag-and-drop it to my flash drive on my personal laptop. To then move it to my parents computer it says file not found or file is empty what am I missing??? Please help!!

You have the right idea. I am thinking that your flash drive is not working properly. I would try a different flash drive to accomplish the file transfer.
