New PC seems to be dragging behind. Poor-ish performance.

My new PC that was built on Christmas is performing kinda bad. I have no clue whats going on. Getting lower benchmarked frames than some in the same location. Somethings definitely up.

Specs:
AMD FX-8350
ASUS STRIX GTX 970
MSI 970 AM3+ Motherboard
x2 4gb XPG Ram 1600mhz

can you please be more specific? it seems like a pretty good build capable of running any game at 1080 60+ fps... perhaps you'll want to over clock.

Also benchmarks are for bragging rights only unless you have bad performance while gaming there's nothing to be concerned about.

My thoughts as well. 60+ frames. Some live streamers with the same specs as me get better results while streaming!
