Windows 7 not genuine

After 2 years of using Windows 7 on my DELL desktop its saying that my windows is not genuine. I've tried everything on google, youtube and other forums nothing has worked. People have said that I have cracked windows which I know is not true because I bought my PC from dell. Dell support said that if I wanted their help I would have to pay $140... Any help would be nice, thanks.

Do you have the original Windows DVD that came with your computer? I'm thinking that you might have accidentally delete or have registry corruption that's causing Windows to think that. If you have the disk... backup what you can and just reinstall Windows.. that should clear up your problem.
