I want to watercool my Intel 4790K and EVGA GTX 980 so I can better overclock them, is there a good cooling system I can get for them for less than 200$ total? I haven't bought the parts yet, by the way. My case is probably going to be a HAF X or a Thor v2. Taking suggestions on that, too.

You're not going to be able to cool the CPU and GPU for under $200. You're lucky if you can cool the CPU for under $200. Not to discourage you, though. It just might be more like $250-300.

Which case do you have?

Alright, I'd rather give up some cooling than pay more. I'm most likely going with the Thor V2. That said, I'd prefer to stay around the $150 price range and cool one of them. Which would be the better one to cool for maximum gaming performance?

Most people cool the CPU when they can only cool one component.

Thanks for the abundant help, not only in this thread but on my others too, wolverine! I appreciate you taking the time to thoroughly research my problem, that is above and beyond. Selected as best answer.
