I want to watercool my Intel 4790K and EVGA GTX 980 so I can better overclock them, is there a good cooling system I can get for them for less than 200$ total? I haven't bought the parts yet, by the way. My case is probably going to be a HAF X or a Thor v2. Taking suggestions on that, too.

You're not going to be able to cool the CPU and GPU for under $200. You're lucky if you can cool the CPU for under $200. Not to discourage you, though. It just might be more like $250-300.

The closest you will get to $200 for both is using a swiftech h220x and expanding it with a gpu waterblock and some more tubing. You are looking at probably 250 at the cheapest.
Alright, I'd rather give up some cooling than pay more. I'm most likely going with the Thor V2. That said, I'd prefer to stay around the $150 price range and cool one of them. Which would be the better one to cool for maximum gaming performance?

Since you updated the original post, I would recommend the HAF X, because you can fit a 360mm radiator on top.
