Hello, I am new to this forum and also kinda new at building PC's.
I have a new build in mind but not sure if its gonna work or not.
I don't have a lot of money so this is the best I can find with my budget.
Just wanting to know if it will work, is it compatible and is it good or bad.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, Thanks.
:)

Rosewill Stealth ATX Mid Tower
ASRock Fatal1ty 990FX Killer AM3+
AMD FX-8370 Vishera 8-Core 4.0GHz
EVGA SuperNOVA 750W
G.SKILL Trident X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3 1600
SAMSUNG 840 EVO MZ-7TE500BW
XFX R9-270X 2GB 256-Bit

yes or no?

Solution
Yes, your build would be fine, I looked at the Killer when I put together my 8370 build and almost grabbed it, before deciding to go the Formula-Z (wanted to run 2400 sticks)

max budget around 1100 dollars in the US and I usually get my stuff from newegg, only cause they are fairly priced and I never had a problem with any orders from them...

Memory price overridden because there is a newegg combo deal pcpartpicker isn't showing. Used the corsair case because it should fit the cooler. If you don't plan to OC, we can trim the price down more, but it's under budget as is. Plenty of room for an OS and maybe storage HDD if needed.
