would i be able to use this cpu and gpu together without bottlenecking anything?

i want to play sims 4, bf4, skyrim, and bully scholarship edition.

as time goes on, i may get one of those. but not soon. i cant afford it.
but in the case of me already having ram (i dont know, i think i might) i will have extra to get this,

You may have slowdowns or stuttering when if you use certain mods. When there are a lot of characters on the screen at once or during large battles, the cpu may not be able to keep up. It will still work, but you may be able to notice a performance drop.
