Okay I Didn't really know how to word it in the title But basically On Christmas Day I Built my computer But What I noticed Was the Standoff On the bottom right of my Motherboard Wasn't Screwing in right and was higher than The others so it was Lifting up the Motherboard. I didn't like that at all So I Didn't Screw in anything down there I Instead Screwed in the Standoff Above it. So Then We get to the Reason I'm asking about it on here. I had Put my computer into Sleepmode/Hibernation While I went and took a shower When I got back the computer wouldn't turn on I Kinda Freaked out and thought It Short Circuited So I un-plugged it and re-plugged it Until It luckily Turned on. The Strange thing about that However is I got my gigabyte Symbol thing ( the Thing you see when the computer starts up) Then I Got something that said Hkey Driver issue. It was only up for a few seconds and I couldn't catch all of it. Then It restarted again and For some reason It continued Where it left off (as if I Turned it back on from hibernation) and Now I'm Kinda worried.

Solution
Its because you put the system in hibernation mode.
The error relates to a driver of a bit of hardware in the system.
The Hkey message is an entry in the windows registry, relating to the driver for the bit of hardware needing it.

In short the driver has a problem with sending a bit of hardware to sleep or power saving mode.
All hardware is controlled this way in windows when sleep or hibernate mode is selected.

What it means is that in the bios the correct sleep mode functions have not been set.
They are called S modes or power modes. You need to change the settings in a menu of your motherboards bios so the error goes away. wrong settings cause drivers to fail if not set correct in the options of the bios of the motherboard first...

If it wasn't screwed in properly, the screw might've fallen off the board and shorted something out. MAYBE I'm not entirely sure.

Can you try turning on the computer with nothing except the mobo, CPU and RAM?

Driver-Windows- Bios settings S modes set. Since the bios of motherboard handles the power states or modes used.

Please read the info about bios power saving modes in conjunction with the OS and drivers.

Specifically, I have found that you have to set USB devices to either stay on or to wake from sleep/hibernaton. You need to click the mouse or tap a key on a keyboard to get the computer to wake up. If USB devices have all been turned off, they may not wake the computer up. Took me a couple of years to figure that one out.... :(
