I have $60-80 to spend on a video card, and need to pick the best one. I keep coming across the the GeForce GTX 560 TI, and online comparisons keep sounding like it beats the others in the price range. I just need whatever is fastest for current gen games to run as close to 1080p as possible. I may even go $90 if it's a rare "super deal", but I am on a budget. Any help will be appreciated.

Here are my main PC specs/hardware:
Motherboard:
Intel DP55SB Extreme Edition
CPU: Intel I7 870 @ 2.93 GHz Socket 1156
RAM: 8GB DDR3 on 2x4 GB sticks @ 1600 MHz (which I'll soon be doubling the RAM 16 GB to my motherboards max)
Power Supply: 600 Watt
O/S: Win 8.1 x64

Any help is GREATLY appreciated!!!

Ah that makes sense, well it's up to you if you want to use used or not. If you don't the next best thing is the Radeon HD 7770 and it's in your price range and really close to performance to the 560 TI.

Hope that helped, if you don't have any further questions please select a solution. :)

Where did you find a GTX 560 TI for under $100? is it brand new? Also what are the specs on it?

The EVGA 2 GB version is $150 at Newegg.

As for a couple other under $100 GPU's you got;

http://www.amazon.com/MSI-Radeon-DisplayPort-PCI-Express-R7770-PMD1GD5/dp/B0089KJRLG?SubscriptionId=AKIAIEF7KZG4SSIJ7QQA&tag=toms_nativesb_thaus-20&linkCode=xm2&camp=2025&creative=165953&creativeASIN=B0089KJRLG&ascsubtag=%5Bsite|thaus%5Bcat|%5Bart|thus-edt-2-3107%5Bpid|B0089KJRLG%5Btid|14226088701539251%5Bbbc|LEPRIX

Pretty much only the Radeon HD 7770 will compete with a 560 TI But if you can get that for under 100 I'd say go for it.
