nfs rivals start lag after few minutes of playing

nfs rivals start lag after 10-15 minutes of playing i run it on ultra preset
My system specs are
Amd fx4300
Ram 4 gb
Gpu nvidia gtx750ti 2gb
My ram usage at idle is 1-1.2 gb
Why the game lags is that cpu problem or ram
Please help

Both your RAM and CPU, 4 GB RAM is not that good, 8 GB is best currently, and if it DDR2, that is even worse. Your CPU is bottlenecking you GPU too, it is a 4300, not that great..

If it is DDR3, then good, but then 4 GB is not that great (for this game probably), I would recommend you upgrade that CPU too; it is bottlenecking that GPU. If you upgrade the CPU, you might need a new mobo and PSU and get new RAM (8 GB).

It would be needed; yes, but most important along with that would be your CPU, which MIGHT lead to an upgrade in the mobo and PSU.
