Blue Screen "5C" when initiating Windows

Hey guys, I have a problem with a computer... It recently came to me a Desktop that pop a Blue Screen after accessing the HDD. This is what I have done so far:

A) Clean up the memory
B) Blow off all the dust from connectors
C) Tested RAM with MemTest (No errors found)
D) Switched the ram for a brand new one, same speed and size.
E) Tried to repair Windows 7, but after loading the initial files, blue screen comes up again.
F) Tried a new HDD, same thing happens when loading Windows.

I'm honestly out of ideas of what it might be, some help would be appreciated.

The Error Code showing in the Blue Screen is a single line which contains "STOP: 0x0000005C"

The text next to it is (0x000000000010b, 0x00000000001, 0x00000000000, 0x00000000000)

Didn't exactly count all the 0s.

I tried to repair it, but it doesn't allow me to go past that blue screen.

The computer is from a client, didn't tell me that he installed anythin, in fact all the pieces were in dust so I doubt it.

lol no mate there numbers. i meant Error Message: STOP 0x000000C5 DRIVER_CORRUPTED_EXPOOL or something like it.
if this is your issue look in device manager if windows is stable enough from a normal boot.
if 1 of your drivers has hung then replace it...
you may haver to do it from safemode.

Well mate, the message from the screen is that one I wrote before, there is no other thing in there, not a single letter, now I have tried to boot from Safe Mode and in all menus usinf F8, and still does the same. The error message only has the numbers. Thats it.

From Safe Mode I cannot even boot, it fails again.

Biostar G4ID3+ is the mobo. Just tested a brand new PSU and still does the same. Cleaned the socket with air and nothing, still doing the same.

Could it be possible that the MOBO is failing and does not allow the HDD to load the windows?
