For a long time now I've been having issues while playing games, watching videos or just doing anything where I get weird lines and flickering on my screen and my PC often freezes and in some cases crashes. It's mostly with games, I've been unable to play almost any games normally, though it doesn't seem to happen as much with 2D games.

Here are a few examples of what it can look like:

These are old pictures, but right now, probably more than a year and a half later from when this started I'm still getting similar things.

There are a lot more details and I've tried many things to fix this issue, but I'll keep it at this for now.
Of course feel free to ask questions though.

Yeah I've been thinking for a long time that it's probably the GPU. They even said that that's probably what it is when I brought my PC to a place to have it checked and repaired.

The graphics card is still less than three years old, but my warranty was only 2 years, which unfortunately recently ended.

You might still be protected under consumer law. Definitely attempt to get it returned to manufacturer and swapped, especially considering you have experienced this fault while it was still under warranty as your screenshots demonstrate.

Consumer law often covers return of faulty products after warranty expires. Seeing as no one expects their graphics card to become faulty within three years, otherwise they would not buy it.
