[Need Advice]Check Out My CPU Configuration Under 30k(Rupees)$485

Hi,
Guys I am buying a new CPU not for gaming but to run some high end video editing software's and stuff.
Here is my configuration its first time I am building my CPU I need advice from your pros.

1.Processor
Intel 3.1 GHz LGA 1150 i5 4440 4th Generation Processor (Rs12,668)

2.Ram
Corsair DDR3 4GB Desktop RAM (CMZ4GX3M1A11600C9) (Rs2,822)

3.Motherboard
Gigabyte B85M-D3H Motherboard (Rs5400)

4.HDD
Seagate (ST1000VX000) Internal Hard Drive (1TB) (Rs3,705)

5.PSU
Corsair VS 550 SMPS (Rs2750)

6.Cabinet
Intex Black Cabinet IT-216 (Rs1191)

7.Graphic Card
I bought a new graphic card last year Diwali ZOTAC NVIDIA GT 610 2GB DDR3 Synergy Edition Graphics Card. I cant buy a New Graphic Card I know this Graphic Card is kind of outdated but I cant buy a new graphic card every 5 months and its working good.

I would really appreciate someone guide me
Do I need to do any changes in above configuration its my first time I am building my CPU.

I am not looking to OverClock CPU
I am confused about Cabinet and Motherboard

Get a i7-4790, if you gonna overclock get the K version for it and a better cpu cooler if you dont already a good one.

cpu- amd fx 8320 - 10500rs
mobo- gigabyte 970a- ds3p - 6300rs
ram- corsair / g.skill ram - 3000rs 4gb / (rs5100 u can find kingston 8gb ram)
HDD - wd blue 7200 rpm 1tb around 4000
psu - antec /seasonic 500w around 3500

u can add cm evo 212 if u wanna overclock - 2750rs
more cores are better for software rendering ..

Okey... so i looked at another thread about this problem.

Question: Could the Intel processor cut on rendering times, even though its only 4-core with hyper-threading?

Answers:
- The i7 will perform much better overall.
- The i7 will smoke the FX in almost everything. The gains will vary per program, but the FX will almost never beat the i7. Plus the i7 uses much less power, leading to less noise

u do understand , there is a price quotation as per his info . i.e 30k inr .. i7 are powerful cpu but expensive the combo of cpu and mobo in India will go above his budget suggest let alone get the other components

I know i7 is expensive but thats why its powerfull, he asked for suggestion for high end editing, so i did.
And i dont see any budget that he have been posted?

Title? Even if it doesn't sound direct enough you get the idea when he doesn't want to upgrade a GT 610.

If you really want to suggest a 4-Core with HT the Xeon 1231 V3 might be a better option as it's in between locked i5 and locked i7s
