If I install gtx750ti on my computer then obviously my CPU core2duo e7500 will be bottleneck but if I over clock my CPU up to 3.5GHz then how much CPU bottleneck will be reduce?

If there are not much CPU bottlenecking reduce on my over clock CPU suggest me any another graphics card that don't required more power than 400watt.

I mean your aging dual core will not be a major bottle neck to the GTX 750 Ti. Even at nearly 3 GHz, it will be able to keep up with the 750 Ti in all but the most CPU demanding games. If you can get a few MHz more out of it, all the better. That is about the max card you'd want to go with and not have severe bottle neck.

But bottle neck is not a deal breaker. It simply means you are not quite getting everything you can out of the device that is being bottlenecked. And in GPU limited games (most games today), you may not see any CPU bottleneck.
