Hello everyone,
I'm trying to set-up a GPU-Passthrough environment in my company, using XenServer.
After some tests I found out that no Nvidia cards (except for expensive Quadro or GRID) works with that kind of technology.
What I'm looking for is a good performance AMD/ATI Card which doesn't require much power, possibly without PCIe power connector and low thermal.
I have no problem with loudness, since the computer will be locked in a dedicated room, and no budged problems.
Thanks in advance for any reply.
Alex

I looked up a bit . R7 250 is best for you
R7 250's don't have a pcie power connector. They only have a 65W TDP. They can get up to 75W from the pcie slot.
i hope this helps ! Cheers

Unfortunately for you, "AMD", "performance" and "low power" do not not belong in the same sentence: the fastest AMD GPU which might get away without a PCIE power cable is the R7-250 (there may be some non-OC 250X too) which is nowhere near as fast as Nvidia's 750Ti.

A HD 7750 is superior to the R7-250 and uses only 55 watts vs 75 watts. and will do quite fine thank you... A card from AMD that offers performance and low power...
Actual Data vs uneducated answer.
