So i got my friends 6+y/o PC awhile back after buying a new hard drive for it. So the graphics card he got from a friend to put in the computer so i wasn't using the onboard graphics card is being read as "Standard VGA adapter". Ive downloaded catalyst and various other things to see if i could find drivers for the GPU but ive had no luck. So if ANYONE can help me ill do my best to give you any information. I've been using the on board gpu and its pretty horrible. :/
