BTW Dont know if this will help answer my question but in AC Unity and FarCry4 and Dying light i get nearly the same FPS in ultra as I do in low settings.

Something strange I noticed is your RAM. Why are you running DDR3 at 429mhz? It should be running at 1333mhz at the very least. CPUz would show 667mhz, but you have to double that. Are you trying to mix and match different RAM? If so then that very well may be the cause of your problems.

Also what power supply do you have? make/model?

I have an XFX 550watt and no im using 3 sticks of 1600mhz Corsair vengeance all the same, btw i noticed that but in task manager under memory it says 800mhz dual channel so 800x2=1600mhz

ive now fixed the problem with my ram saying it was 429mhz i must of changed something in the bios because i just loaded defaults and it fixed it its now around 600mhz in cpuz but the FPS problem still carrys on

If you have 3 sticks in your system you are not using dual channel mode. They have to be installed in pairs to use dual channel mode. Take one stick out and see if your performance goes up.

In CPUz it should be showing 800mhz, not 600mhz. 600mhz would mean you are only running your DDR3 at 1200mhz. The timings you listed originally are WAYYYY to low for DDR3 1600mhz ram as well. It should be Cas 8/9/10 timings. Mine is low timing ram and it runs at 1600mhz cas 8, or at stock speed 1333mhz cas 7. My default ram timings are 7-7-7-21 @ 1.5v.
