Your buid is really good for editing.
however I could help you improving it if you told me what kind of edition are you planing in doing (videos, photos...) and what is your max budget

I would recommed this build:
Intel Xeon 1230v3: http://amzn.to/1eER2m2
ASUS Maximus Vi Gene: http://amzn.to/12teTYY
ADATA 1866mhz RAM: http://amzn.to/1gGUszu (ordered two kits)
ADATA XPG SX900: http://amzn.to/16sBsot
Cooler Master Glacer 240L: http://amzn.to/1kY5CHi
Western Digital 2TB HDD: http://amzn.to/Np4qOc
CM Storm Spawn: http://amzn.to/1fDj6Ge
CM Storm Quickfire XT: http://amzn.to/1g6pGEp
Cooler Master V850 PSU: http://amzn.to/1hoWINv
Cooler Master N200 Case: http://amzn.to/Np59Ps
ASUS PB278Q 27" 1440p PLS Monitor: http://amzn.to/14DHzzT
ASUS OC Panel: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813995019

Why to go with this biuld:
CPU: go with the Intel Xeon 1230v3 and not an i7 because it is less expensive and for editing is equal (the same but with less graphic, generally just important for gaming. P.S: you can´t OverClock this one);
MOBO: Go with the ASUS Maximus Vi Gene, because it´s one of the best motherboards in the market, with excellent stability with 8 SATA ports. the sound is really good and it as an option for wifi you can run 2 gpu);
CPU Cooler: An amazing cooler that really doesnt the job of keeping the cpu cool, you don´t need too buy this one, seeing that you aren´t going to OC.
RAM: 16GB, really nice one;
SSD: really good for making programs faster;
PSU: The best at the price, really efficient, quiet and modular;
Monitor: it isn´t a reflector;

You don´t need 2 monitors.

Too much Cooler Master. The N200 is a solid case choice, but their power supplies are not, the V series are decent since they're made by Seasonic, but I wouldn't recommend them over EVGA or an actual Seasonic PSU. Also unnecessary accessory (which is no longer sold by Newegg), especially since you can't overclock a Xeon. ADATA SSDs also are not that great compared to Samsung and Crucial. Bar none those are the best of the best.

Pretty good start, no reason to get Z87 anymore. I went and tweaked it a bit:

Adobe CS5 and CS6 does benefit from hyperthreading, but an i7 will handle this chore just as easily as a Xeon will, plus you won't have to deal with ECC RAM.

MOBO: Go with the ASUS Maximus Vi Gene, because it´s one of the best motherboards in the market, with excellent stability with 8 SATA ports. the sound is really good and it as an option for wifi you can run 2 gpu);

Wasted on a CPU that can't overclock, and I doubt that two GPUs would be used on a Photoshop rig. One should be more than sufficient enough.

CPU Cooler: An amazing cooler that really doesnt the job of keeping the cpu cool, you don´t need too buy this one, seeing that you aren´t going to OC.

A waste of money on a CPU that can't be overclocked. The stock fan should be perfectly sufficient. Sure you could use it but why waste money when you don't have to?

RAM: 16GB, really nice one;

Corsair Vengeance Pro and G.Skill are better.

SSD: really good for making programs faster;

True, but ADATA SSDs are not good. The Samsung 850 Evo and 850 Pro are the best on the market bar none, and don't rely on the terribly outdated Sandforce 2.0 controller.

PSU: The best at the price, really efficient, quiet and modular;

Not even slightly close. While this particular unit may be made by Seasonic, Cooler Master has a long history of flat-out lying about voltage outputs on their PSUs, and is known for producing some units of incredibly sub-par quality. The EVGA G2 that I linked to is not only less expensive, but also full modular, very solidly constructed, and is based on the Super Flower Leadex G2 platform that is widely known throughout the industry as being the best of the best.

You don´t need 2 monitors.

This I will agree with, but having two monitors certainly doesn't hurt on a Photoshop rig.

I just updated my build and yes you are right about the case, but besides that I would go my

Still don't need that ridiculous OC accessory for a non overclocked processor.

Well, ok. I agreed with you, however the i7 is more expensive than the xeon
