fx 6300 or i5 4440 for gaming ?

hello, I alredy own a pc just wanna upgrade its cpu and mobo mostly I play dota2 shud I stick with Amd or shud I go for i5 4440 with msi z97 gaming3 mobo or Fx6300 with gigabyte 990fxa-ud3 about 50$ diffrence it doesnt matter or should I need to upgrade my gpu 1st? plz help me and tell why should I go with Amd or Intel and sorry for bad english :p
specs :

CPU : AMd phenom x4 970 black edition
MOBO : gigabyte 880-gm
GPU : GTX 560ti
PSU : corsair gs 650
RAM : 2x4gb corsair vengeance

get a CPU than Upgrade GPU by the end of this year new 20nm cards should be out by then and the intel CPU will last 4years at least or 5

look at the 2500K from 2011 still kicking and when overclocked it does wonders

Go for the i5 4460, it's just 5 dollars more expensive than the 4440 and it's slightly better. Also, you have an error on the description - the GTX 970 Ti doesn't exist yet.

EDIT: The 560 Ti is pretty old, but if you only play Dota2 it won't really matter all that much. In the future look for a R9 280X if you want to upgrade. I would start with upgrading the CPU though.
