Hi everyone i was hoping you guys could help me, yesterday i build my first pc ever I used:
msi sli plus x99 board
crucial 4gigs ddr4 ram
intel i7 5820k
gigabyte gtx 960
corsair 600 watt
and a kingston ssd

now everything worked fine i installed windows 8.1 and all the hardware drivers, downloaded the windows updates and everything was running great!
until the MSI live update 6 software asked me to download updates so i clicked yes and next thing i know it flashed my bios and the pc is dead...

luckily this motherboard has dual bios so i just switched from the corrupted A bios to the B bios and everything works but i still need help flashing the A bios.
If i switch to A bios there is no video output and it doesnt recognize the keyboard or mouse nothing so i was looking online and i found a video how to flash a corrupted bios on a dual bios motherboard from DOS mode so i made a bootable MS-DOS usb and downloaded the latest bios from MSI version 1.5 (my motherboard came with v1.3) booted the pc to DOS mode and then switch the motherboard from bios B to A and run the installer that came in the file i downloaded from MSI (AFUDE561.EXE) selected bios version 1.5(E7885IMS.150) but it didnt work it says error: rom file romid is not compatible with existing bios romid. so i need help..

if anyone knows why or how do i fix the romid not compatible error, or if you guys know a better way to flash the corrupted bios or recover it id really appreciate it if you give me hand, thank you.
