Sys: Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit (6.1 Build 7600)
Processor AMD Phenom (tm) II X4 965 Processor (4 CPUs), ~3.4GHz
Memory 16384MB RAM
Page file 3306MB used 29458 available
I recently got a bunch of I/O error messages, a bunch of "cyclic redundancy" errors, and the computer started moving REALLY SLOW regardless of 3.43 GHz procsessor, and 16 GB RAM.
So, I backed everything up, and now, I have before me a newly purchased solid state drive. and another 3TB hybrid drive.
My question is this: If I clone the image, will it also clone the errors I am experiencing now? Will it make a difference when transferred to a SSD from a standard SATA HD? (C
Or should I start from scratch, just to be on the ssafe side.
