First Build Is this build going to run games at 1080p ultra 60+ fps in all games?

This is going to be my first build.. moving from ps4.. Is this build easier to build due to the case I chose? How hard is the cable management going to be? I'll have a friend that built a pc before to help me so I won't be that lost
