Which build is better and what should I switch around?

Go with the FX8350 over the FX6300. Also, the two sticks of RAM from the 3rd build is preferred over the 1 stick due to the dual channel memory performance difference.

The 3rd build is the best. Switch from a 1x8 to 2x4 for the ram and instead of the 750 Ti get a GTX 960. Also, if you look at the bottom of the edit page, your case does not have any usb 3.0 support. I don't know if that makes a difference to you but there are many cases for the same price that offer usb 3.0. try the Corsair 300R.
