Dell monitor (model: 1905FP) turns on but there is no display. The monitor was displaying a blank multicolored screen, but is now just a black screen. The HP Pavilion (model: a1657c) CPU sounds like it's dragging (surging up, then down, but slowly). Therefore, I am unsure if the problem is with the display monitor or the computer itself. I am looking for any help & support that I can get. I thank you in advance for your time & consideration.
