I have recently updated my motherboard Bios to support FM2+ Kaveri Apu from Bios FB version to FE . But while starting it beeps two times after that PC runs normally. Previously on FB bios there is only one beep sound while booting. Please help in this regard. Is it normal?
PC Configuration :
Gigabyte F2A55m-DS2 Rev 3.0
Amd A4 4000 APU
2Gb DDr3 1333Mhz Ram
320Gb WD HDD
Umax 450watt PSU

Is it bip...... bip? Or bip beep? (lol)

A quick succession of two beeps means some kind of post error (keyboard missing, bios battery dying, bios reset, hard drive SMART failure warning, etc). The longer pause one is normal on some mobos..

Can you see your memory counting up, hard drives being detected upon startup?

That sounds like the BIOS Flash was not done properly. Gigabyte has a notation that the FC BIOS must be flashed using the EFI Flash tool in DOS Mode. Future updates to higher versions such as FE can then be done with the EFI Flash tool or Q-Flash.

Since you are not using an FM2+ APU it may not be noticeable.

I have flashed bios through EFI Flash Tool for upgrading my CPU to KAVERI. Sir, what should I do to get rid of this.
