I am using Windows 8.1; I would like to use Safe Mode by using F8 I have gone into command prompt for administrator and typed in; bcdedit /set (default) bootmenupolicy legacy. I then pressed enter; it did not work. Could you please tell me if I have done this right or not. I got this information by researching on you tube etc.I await your reply from someone in cyber space.
