Can't change BCLK speed?

I have a ASRock H97 Pro4 mobo and in the BIOS there is no option for the BCLK speed. Was thinking of bumping down RAM speed to increase the BCLK speed a couple of MHz to OC CPU. In Intel Extreme Tuning Utility the option is there, but is greyed out and can't be changed from 100Mhz. It would be strange for this mobo to not support BCLK overclocking as another cheap HP computer allows you to change BCLK speed, but at this point I'm starting to believe it doesn't. Would a BIOS update do anything or not?

It's not odd at all. You're comparing a new Intel system to an older AMD one; it's got very little to do with HP itself.
