Can my PC run Arma 3 on ultra settings at 30-40 fps

I just recently put together a gaming pc and wanted to know if it would be able to run things like Arma 3, Warthunder, Battle field, Insurgency, DAYZ, etc on high-ultra settings while achieving something around 30-40 fps. Also if possible are than any parts that i dont need as high quality that would allow for me to save a few bucks. Also any tips or better parts info would be appreciated. The only one you might have to drop down some in visuals might be arma 3. Depending on the resolution, running ultra at over 1080 the gtx titan had trouble keeping up and it took sli'd gtx 770's to hit 60-70fps. It's pretty harsh on hardware compared to the others.

Yes. Max settings 60fps no problem. Though get 8gb RAM instead
