Hello All, in my sig you can see my current and main build. i was wanting an opinion for more builds since its a new year :) i want an AMD based build for gaming/multitasking, (8350 and above id assume), and a DDR4 build for the same purposes, any input is greatly appreciated. specifically looking for mobo/cpu and gpu/ram suggestions, thanks again!!!!

Solution
AMD CPU with Radeon GPU -

CPU: AMD FX-8370 4.0GHz 8-Core Processor ($189.99 @ NCIX US)
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler ($28.75 @ OutletPC)
Motherboard: Asus M5A99FX PRO R2.0 ATX AM3+ Motherboard ($113.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Memory: G.Skill Trident X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-2400 Memory ($80.98 @ OutletPC)
Storage: Seagate 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Hybrid Internal Hard Drive ($78.98 @ OutletPC)
Video Card: MSI Radeon R9 280 3GB TWIN FROZR Video Card ($169.99 @ Newegg)
Case: Corsair 300R ATX Mid Tower Case ($59.99 @ Micro Center)
Power Supply: XFX XTR 550W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply ($66.98 @ Newegg)
Optical Drive: LG GH24NS95 DVD/CD Writer ($19.96 @ OutletPC)...
The only motherboards that currently take DDDR4 ram are X99 - Intel.

Going from an i7 4770k to anything from AMD would be a step backwards. See http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gaming-cpu-review-overclock,3106-5.html

You've got a good build as is. I don't know how you've ended up with 24gb on a dual channel mobo though -ram should be in kits of same size ram sticks.
But you could get a better graphics card eg gtx970. And/or get a better quality power supply. See http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-1804779/power-supply-unit-tier-list.html
