Looking for a Good Budget PSU

What is a good budget PSU (around 450 watt) for about $40? I want something with good long term reliability.
I was looking at the Antec Earthwatts 380D green, but it seems a bit undersized for a 100W processor and an R7 260X (With room for possible upgrades).

You can get an XFX 550w for pretty cheap.

With allowance for some upgrading, a quality PSU rated at a minimum of 550 W is suggested.

Some quality PSU's for consideration -

XFX Pro 550

Rosewill Capstone 550

Note these PSU's are over $40, but they are probably the best quality relatively cheap PSU's currently available.

Although not too bad, these three PSU's are of average(ish) quality. Their (long term) reliability is questionable; they may work fine for awhile but then again maybe not.

A better quality PSU such as those listed previously should last a long time and provide clean and stable power.

Just get the XFX 550w which can be bought on amazon for very cheap. The PSU is the heart of a system and should always be at least near top quality.

Antec makes some cheap PSU's that are good (High Current Gamer)
