I'm having trouble here. My girlfriend just recently got a new laptop (in the title) Came with Windows 8.1 64-bit. I can not get it to update. I keep getting these error codes.

The windows update fixer has not helped at all and I have tried some things with the cmd that I saw on some forums and YouTube. None of them have helped. It's a brand new laptop. Only been out of the box for a couple of days. I'm stumped. Usually I can nail this stuff down as I have built three computers in the last year for myself and a couple family members. I have never had this problem
