Ironside or CyberPower?

So I began by building the PC on both sites, same specs, except the Cyberpower one is a tad better and cheaper, I also enjoy the freebies. However, I have heard some not so good reviews about Cyberpower, and some not so good reviews about Ironside. I'm really torn as to which company to go with, Cyberpower is cheaper, yet the tech help I received was horrid, and Ironside is a tad more, but the tech help is excellent. Basically i'm asking which company is more likely to send me a non-broken computer, as this is my biggest worry from reading testimonials.

Personally, I'd go with Ironside and get a warranty. I've heard both good and bad things from both sites, some people have had great service with cyberpower and some have not. Its really a craps shoot

Thankyou, but i've decided to build my own and save 200$ + The stress of getting a broken pc
