Hey guys, I live up in a relatively remote area, if you would count the Blue mountains as one. Anyway I am a big fan of Dota 2 and have a relatively new issue with the ping. It varies however it goes between extremely good (15-40) to really bad (85-1000) I have checked my internet speeds and the download speed is only between 8-12, IS THIS NORMAL?
