Fx6300 4.6 overclocked or fx8320 stock

Hey experts , what processor should i get to run upcoming games with r9 270x ? fx 6300 with overclocked at 4.6 ghz or 8320 at stock ?
mobo is msi 970 gaming .
any answer will be much appreciated

why does the 8320 have to be at stock?

You'd expect 8350 speeds even with the AMD cooler

my budget doesn't meet 8350. I can buy a fx 6300 with thermaltake 2.0 water performer Or fx 8320 with a cooler master 412 slim or a 8350 at stock . so what should i pick ?

The 8320
Even on the stock cooler it will run at 8350 speeds and maybe more .
You should be able to get a very decent OC with the 412
