overclock a msi gtx 770 lightning 2gb

i am trying to overclock a msi gtx 770 lightning. but when i increase the core clock by only +30 and run Valley Benchmark 1.0 i get a black screen and then is crashes. can someone please help me. all the drivers are up to date and i have changed my bios LN2 on the GPU

LN2 bios + Latest WHQL drivers
Afterburner Settings:
Core Voltage: +100mV (which is the limit, unless you mod your bios)
Memory Voltage: +100mV
Aux Voltage: +50mV
Power Limit: 109% (priority)
Temp Limit: 94°C (linked to power)
Core Clock: +100MHz
Memory Clock: +400MHz
Fan Curve: 40%/0-40°C > 80%/80-100°C
*extended MSI settings
*forced stable voltage

but one more problem i have is i cant increase the Core Voltage over +12mV

i have managed to sort it out i had to change one of the settings on msi afterburner to extended msi to fully unlock the core voltage. this is what i managed to get

LN2 bios + Latest WHQL drivers
Afterburner Settings:
Core Voltage: +100mV (which is the limit, unless you mod your bios)
Memory Voltage: +100mV
Aux Voltage: +50mV
Power Limit: 109% (priority)
Temp Limit: 94°C (linked to power)
Core Clock: +90MHz
Memory Clock: +300MHz
with a max temperature of 70°C
