I often play War Thunder, and when i use the areoplanes i get about 25-35 fps which i can stand however when i decide to play tanks i get about 6-15 fps this i cannot with stand. I know I'm running a bad computer but I'm sure there's a way to make it better when I play

Specs:
CPU- AMD Athlon (tm) X2 Duel-Core QL-62 2.00 GHz
RAM- 2GB
System Type- 32-bit Operating System
Operating System- Windows Vista

Beyond OCing your CPU and GPU, and closing unnecessary processes using some game booster like the one from Razer there's nothing more to do.

You could try it, however with your pc specs you're simply expecting too much from it. Your low amount or RAM being the main problem followed by a weak CPU for a very CPU intensive game. I wonder which video card you have.

Unfortunately, your PC is just too outdated and too underpowered to expect much more out of it. My only advice beyond spending money is to turn down any graphics setting available, make sure there are no other programs running whilst you are playing and turn off any unnecessary visual Windows features. Hopefully that might free up some resources that might yield a slight FPS increase.
