What GPU should i upgrade to from a GTX 650? (450w PSU)

Hey,
I currently have a GTX 650 Card and am looking for a GPU that will sustain running Evolve for PC. For the recommended specs, Evolve requires a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 670 / ATI Radeon R9 280 or above. I do not know what GPU to get as i find it difficult to identify the recommended wattage for these Video Card. My PSU is a 450w Corsair VS and i am not looking to upgrade it.
Bear in mind that i have an AMD FX 4130 Black Edition CPU and price range up to £250 ($375).

^ absolutely what he said.
Don't go overspending for a top end model either - your 4130 will likely bottleneck it a little anyway.
There are plenty around the £160-£170 range.

Just for interest - I played the beta last week on a 6300+ gtx 970, it utilised only 60% usage on both CPU/GPU on max settings so looks to be very well optimised.

So would you say that with the GTX 960 i will be able to run evolve at least medium settings with no frame rate issues?

Okay thanks mate, will order the gtx 960 now, hoping it will make a significant change to my gameplay compared to the gtx 650.
